The worst nail experience I have ever had. Unsanitary. Poor quality. Shouting into speaker phone w manager for 10 minutes about pricing for another customer. I spent £115 and it took almost 3 hours for 2 manicures and 1 pedicure (for my daughter and me) with 3 people on staff. I used hand sanitizer on my feet after the pedicure. Do not recommend.

Fabulous from start to end, every part of the experience is tailored to you. The environment is clean. The staff is very nice and professional. While making nail polish, they also give me advise on nail care routine which is super helpful. Definitely recommend to everyone and will visit again!
Great location and gorgeous furnishing with client oriented services. Highly recommended.
