Although I loved my nails after the appointment:
1. Cleaness: I was the first appointment of the morning and the place looked really dirty with mugs left on the tables and untidy. Not to mention the restrooms!
2. Communication: I felt alienated throughout my appointment. Aside form the language barrier, the fact that I had the therapist constantly talking in an other language with the person at reception made me feel very uncomfortable.
3. There was a price increase that I wasn’t informed about
