Staff were friendly and inviting, I was late to my appointment and they still welcomed me in which is great. Cleanliness was OK. I was disappointed with my manicure, cuticles were barely touched, nail shape wasn’t great and nail polish was applied over my cuticles (which will make it chip in a day or two). I was left feeling like I could have done a much better job myself and after paying £55 for this treatment, Made me feel dissatisfied.
