The staff were super friendly, I felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in.
Absolutely love my nails, they’re exactly what I asked for (I showed inspo pictures) would definitely recommend.

Paid £35 for SNS nails and they chipped badly within four days. Wish I hadn't bothered. They either need to improve technique or not promote the service as long lasting.
While I was in there one of the staff members was arguing on the phone about money, which was unprofessional.
The lady who treated me didn't explain the process at any point and having not had them done before I had no idea what to expect.
The email address on their website doesn't work so no opportunity to give feedback.
