Hi, I didn’t have Misha. I had Shane. I just want to say it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. His attention to detail was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was polite, friendly, my skin looks and feels amazing. I cannot wait for Shane to do another facial. I will not book with anyone else now. He is a valuable asset to your company. 100 percent recommend!

Second appointment in a row which I got there only to be told they didn’t have time for me or I had to wait 2 hours.
My nails were terrible, all lifting away at the bottom and poor finish.
I went to another salon as I refused to wait 2 hours and they were shocked at the nails and said they had been done too close to the cuticle with cheap products. My nails are now beautiful but only because I used another salon. Won’t be returning for nails

The workers were lovely but I did get a few cuts from the person cutting down my cuticles, I’ve also only had the acrylics for 2 days and they are lifting a bit and not the best.
