waxing/beauty room wasnt very welcoming or particularly clean. Staff member not thorough and I noticed missed patches when I got home. She also didnt believe me when I told her I had prepaid via treatwell and her receptionist confirmed I had...she still told me to wait while she checked herself!

Had to wait around 30 minutes despite booking in advance. Overall my acrylics turned out nice but some of the gel colour was not applied properly and looks lumpy or doesn’t cover my whole nail.
