I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait 30 min to even get started and each staff member was seeing to many clients at once and there was little order. Lovely people but sadly not the most professional service. Happy ish with my acrylics but they’re not great tbh- my thumbs look weird in relation to my fingers which do look good. The oil they put on at the end just got all over my hands, clothes and phone so made it inconvenient when leaving.

Was not greeted when came in. The removal was done mechanically and beautician was peeling the gel by hand, filing was not up to standard as he wanted to paint on the rough nails. I asked for the file to buff myself, same with the form - needed to do it myself as was not the same on all the nails. Really big question on cleanliness in the place- the nail files were taken out of the drawer and put back in without cleaning them. Paid £35 for gel and removal and did everything myself. Not a happy customer

First time in salon had have treatments on high street lots of time at other places but never had satisfaction like this staff was cooperative and friendly will be in again definitely
