When I got to the venue after booking online I was told “no the treatment can’t be done” Eventually the treatment was fulfilled 20 minutes late. I’ve been to other venues in the past and they have all been so professional. This wasn’t the case, the treatment was rushed, I was bruised in several areas. And my personal requests wasn’t applied. I was told to rub oil on myself to remove the excess wax on my skin. No cooling cream was applied. The door wasn’t closed to begin with. Very disappointed!
