The venue was very professional and the products used were great, I left feeling very satisfied and it was good value for money. I did feel it wasn't the most relaxing experience, so it's worth noting this isn't a 'spa' and it's a treatment room specifically, so don't expect any extra or above and beyond levels of comfort.
