I really enjoyed the facial ! The building makes you feel like you’re on the set of Suits, and the therapist was very competent and gave me lots of helpful tips to help with my skincare. The cleansing facial was very thorough and my skin feels amazing right after. The extraction is always a little painful, but the redness didn’t last too long. I will be back!

Massage was very thorough and I liked the combination of techniques- manual and with the machine. The room can be further improved to make it more relaxing (e.g., toned down lighting) and more comfortable for dressing (a place to hang garments that can then be sanitised before the next customer; clean flooring / carpeted surface not stepped on my previous customers using their shoes from outside)
