Booked last minute - well an hour before the booking for a 5:30pm appt but they didn't know I was coming or expecting me. To be fair they quickly sorted out the room and were very welcoming. As a result the treatment room was perhaps not to their normal standards as they not expecting me but had hairs on the bed and didn't look and feel completely clean. The actual treatment was thorough and they did a good job. Thanks
