Front desk staff not as helpful as they could have been. I was advised of a waiting list to try a new product by a member of staff and when I was leaving I had asked the receptionist who looked at me like I had 2 heads and dismissed my inquiry. Thought she could have at least double checked. Found it very unhelpful and rude.

This is the second time I've been here for leg waxing and I won't go anywhere else now! The staff were really friendly, relaxed atmosphere and very clean. Also the price is reasonable for the area.
