Great place, regularly visit. Only issue on this visit was they were running a little behind schedule so i had to wait a bit. Other than that, fast efficient and friendly.

This was my first visit and I had pre-paid for a classic manicure for £32. I arrived 10 minutes early and unfortunately was kept waiting for 10 minutes past my appointment time. The manicurist didn't soak my cuticles, but pushed them and cut them dry which I thought was a bit unusual. Not sure if this is normal, but all other manicures I've had they soak them first. The shape and paint was fine. Afterwards, the manicurist tried to put hand cream on me as soon as she had finished the top coat and she subsequently badly smudged two of my nails. So she had to apply a further colour/top coat to two nails. These extra coats meant my nails took forever to dry, and over two hours later where still not hard and subsequently I badly wrinkled the colour on one nail. On the whole, I wasn't impressed, and won't be back. Really disappointed as a mani is a real treat and not something I do very often. A good mani will last a week, but this one didn't even make it to the end of the afternoon. Not happy at all with my experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The venue was very clean and well organised. Like most people, I was slightly nervous to get a spray tan somewhere new but the colour is gorgeous and looks so natural. She was very knowledgable about the products and aftercare as well.
