Great as always. I had a hollywood & Half Leg Wax, very pleased with how thorough, but also it was done very quickly too.

The place is neat and tidy. The beautician was very pleasant. Now onto the quality: I have bubbles from the manicure oil, which were supposed to "disappear" but they are very pronounced and the polish has cracked 24 hrs after the service. I won't be back, despite the nice service.

The location is really nice, and it's a beacon of solitude in the bustling Oxford Circus area. My masseuse was lovely and very professional -- I bought a neck and shoulder massage for 30 minutes, but she asked me if I would prefer that or full body so I asked for full body instead --- a great surprise! During the massage there was relaxing music and Jo Malone candles burning throughout, you could tell they put an effort into the ambiance. Afterward I immediately booked a follow up 60 minute massage because I enjoyed the experience so much -- I highly recommend.
