I called in advance to ask if I could come later, they gave me a new time and when I arrived told me that they did not have to take me in because I did not change the time 72 hours in advance. No one told me or tried calling me again after my additional call to tell me. Extremely disappointing especially because the girls are actually nice. Also a bit surprising as they are never fully booked (probably the reason why).

I booked last minute for a hollywood sugar wax. Easy to find, lovely staff. Treatment was great but pretty sore and red afterwards which doesn't usually happen.
