I had used a voucher for the venue again via treatwell, even though I had been there the day before - the receptionist could not find me in their system and the lady who signed me in the day before said I should pay the full £40 to them even though I had paid via treatwell - but I had the slip saying I paid - I did not find them very friendly - but the sunbeds are good but you can not change the music or volume - I would not pay £40 for 20 mins on a sunbed - way too expensive

Pleasant, friendly and attentive staff, particularly impressed with attention to detail on the nails and cuticles. Only slight negative for me was the slightly shorter treatment time than expected at 40/45 mins including drying time rather than the 55 minute slot indicated at booking. At around £50 for the treatment I was hoping to benefit from every minute.
