great costumer service lovely clean salon

I had booked a £20 toenail polish via Treatwell. As soon as I arrived the beautician persuaded me to book a more expensive treatment (ie Shellac) for £30. I heard this happen to other customers as soon as they arrived also - they are obviously heavily trained to "upsell". The treatment itself was just done with my feet resting on a cushion on her lap - there was no foot treatment, heel buffing etc. Very basic but she did a nice job of tidying up my nails and I'm sure it will last for a while. It's a nicely kept salon, quite a find off Oxford Street, but be prepared for the upselling. I'll definitely visit again as it's so convenient and is OK value, and easy to fit in in a lunch hour.
