First and foremost this shop is difficult to locate, being in the basement of a souvenir shop. The pictures provided on Treatwell are misleading as it is not, in actuality, a shop by itself, but rather a small corner within a larger store. The guys that work there are pleasant although one of them was obviously more inexperienced than the other. The haircut I revieved was in keeping with what I wanted, though I have had much better, neater, attractive ones before with the same specifications. Importantly, the keratin treatment i recieved was poor. Assuming they are using the right products, which I believe they are, (because I know the smell very well) they did not apply it effectively. The blowdry that followed was also poor, not on high heat, and the flat iron technique was novice (he did not get to the roots of my hair). As a result, my hair is slightly more manageable but still very curly. I usually pay more for my treatment, and perhaps you get what you pay for (about 60 quid here) - unfortunately, you wont get more value for your money here. Would I go there again - unlikely.
The place is very bizarre: try to visualise a hairdresser in the basement of a souvenir shop .... I had booked a facial for my partner for his birthday. I was disappointed that there was no massage of the face, the guy just applied a mask. Disappointing as well that the guy didn't speak a word of english. Wouldn't recommend the place, looked very cheap and not a safe and cosy atmosphere
