First time at this venue and Ivanna was great. You can tell she knows what she is doing, she left my skin feeling perfect and smooth. The venue is not what I was expecting, a little uncomfortable and awkward compared to places I've been to before but Ivanna makes up for it with her attention to detail and she is so kind.

Had sugaring done with Ivanna. She did a great job it almost didn't hurt at all and she was very meticulous trying not to skip a single hair.
