The lash technician gave me a completely different look to what I had asked for despite me being very clear and showing pictures. Her attempts to fix the lashes were poor also. My lashes are much too heavy and the completely wrong shape. I suspect a language barrier is the cause of this. I’m now almost £100 out of pocket with lashes i do not like at all.
