The therapist was lovely to talk to but ran late and was too rough handed with both of my treatments. The place is very small and run down. For my back, neck and shoulder massage she didn't even touch my neck which was sore. The 'bed' you lie on was the first one I've ever seen without the hole/thing for the head so I spent the entire time with my head on its side and it was very uncomfortable. The music was way too loud. During the mini facial treatment there were multiple times where the liquid/masks went into my eyes and stung. She also assured me it's okay to leave my bag and coat downstairs as she would lock the door so no one could come in. I had a laptop in my bag too. Halfway through the treatment she went downstairs and when she came back I heard multiple both male and female voices coming from downstairs. When my session finished it turned out there was a whole party of people there. I was then ignored when leaving.

I had a lovely facial massage, that worked on lymphatic drainage and helped to alleviate a migraine - after 30 minutes the migraine was gone and the next day my face felt less puffy --- Excellent value, I'd recommend!
