Staff did not have a clue what she was doing!!!
I booked a deep cleansing facial, however her idea of extraction was to scrub my nose up and down with a metal stick in the dark for a minute or so!!
When I questioned her about it she told me she was studying and didn't know how to do it.
She then proceed to rub tons and tons of questionable cream on my face over and over and over...., irritating it completely to the point that o had to stop her halfway through my appointment! The whole thing felt like a child was playing beauty salon with my face - completely unprofessional!
I think the cherry on top was when she requested I pay by cash (with card machine belonging to hairdresser apparently) and sent me to a cashpoint down the road...very legit business I am sure.
I washed my face as soon as I got home.
Classic Facials
I paid for an hour's massage and got about 45 minutes! I complained at the end and the manager offered to make up the 15 minutes but by that time I had already got dressed! The massage itself was actually very good but extremely poor service. What a shame.
Swedish Massage
Value for money indeed! but I would never come back again, very very rough with waxing, very rough handed. (I've had waxing for over 10 years) but this hurt!! but I guess you get what you pay for.
