10 mins before my appointment, it was pushed back 45 mins, it still did not start on time. The wax quality and technique were both bad. The wax was applied thinly, and didn’t come off in one go, it kept breaking. A lot of hair was also left behind, so it had to be done again. The technician started using a strip as it kept breaking. She would tug 10x before being able to pull it off. I had to ask for more hair taken off the Brazilian, it wasn’t even. I got irritated skin as a result. Painful
