Gianmarco was incredibly attentive and welcoming. I felt at ease from the moment I arrived in the salon. The salon is very modern and bright. The blowdry was great - it lasted for over 12 hours, despite the fact that I have fine hair that loses body/volume very easily! Would definitely return.

Was there on time but was made to wait for 30 mins. Hairdresser took less than 10 mins with the haircut which was very surprising given the positioning of the salon and seeing how much time other clients were getting. My key concern was around de-frizzing and there wasn’t much constructive remedies other than suggesting an expensive treatment and a specific shampoo / conditioner. The frizz reappeared within hours after the blow dry despite the products used.
