Good value for money but not timely as I had to wait around 20 mins to see a stylist.

The salon is big,bright and very clean. Very nice space. The staff is very polite. Haircut was simple but amazing value for 20 pounds!

Nail or Gel Polish Removal
My haircut was good. However, that was the best part of it. There was complete miscommunication between what I wanted and what I ended up getting. The Dye stung my head and upon telling the hairdresser, she told me this was normal and walk away. the final product was that my roots were an brassy colour and the rest of my hair was platinum white when I wanted to go ash blonde. It does need to be mentioned that when I came back an hour later as I was unhappy with my hair, they were very helpful and rectified my roots. It seems better communication at the beginning could have saved a lot of hassle.
