I went in for a deep tissue massage and it was just light rubbing and touching I keep asking for it to be harder but it didn’t change and I found myself feeling really unhappy during the whole massage. Not to mention I got a cold from the freezing air con. It wasn’t what I paid for I tried to call up and ask for a refund but the manager wouldn’t be around until next week which has me thinking I’ll never see a refund. I’m pretty disappointed I won’t lie.We are in a recession so service is vital.
