Masseuse was 20 minutes late, no problem. She clarified what I had booked for. But as I was told it was done and I got changed and left I realised my 70 mins had been a 50 min massage. I had prepaid and was not offered a refund jusr ushered out unsure what to do when realising it had only been 50 mins max. I sent a very polite email asking for a partial refund as I’d paid for 70 mins and have had no reply in 10 days. Really disappointed, booked as a big treat to get scrimped off time I’d paid.
