Really happy with my manicure, they look lovely! I had broken two of the nails so Marcella offered to extend them for me which made the finished look even better

Masseuse was 20 minutes late, no problem. She clarified what I had booked for. But as I was told it was done and I got changed and left I realised my 70 mins had been a 50 min massage. I had prepaid and was not offered a refund jusr ushered out unsure what to do when realising it had only been 50 mins max. I sent a very polite email asking for a partial refund as I’d paid for 70 mins and have had no reply in 10 days. Really disappointed, booked as a big treat to get scrimped off time I’d paid.
Relaxing Massage
Marcella is super lovely and passionate about what she does. Marcella is very personable and very professional. She makes me feel at ease at all times, she is a credit to Monteiro!
I am moving to Kent soon but will 100% come back to London to see Marcella for my treatments :)
