I honestly can't recommend this place enough, especially Marcella. As a woman with PCOS it can be really daunting having hair removal done professionally. She made me feel really at ease and her friendly manner was immensely appreciated. I'll definitely be coming back for more services.
I also really liked the offer of tea and coffee as I was waiting.

Booked via Treatwell but receptionist told me I shouldn’t have done this so close to the appointment time as their systems don’t update regularly enough so I was sent away to come back later. I accepted this but when I returned there was still no availability for me and instead they proposed to do my pedicure in a corner on an armchair with a washing up bowl. I had paid for a gel manicure but only received an ordinary polish. Customers without face masks and staff wearing them on their chin.
