Hair wash and cut by Joana was absolutely perfect - I felt well listened to and cared for, and very much trusted her expertise on my terrible splint ends. Left with a much needed tidy up, very quick and professional. Will be returning to her in a heartbeat. An asset to Monteiro - thank you!
