Prior to the Pandemic there was a completely different staff setup in here and they were absolutely lovely! I returned on the same premise and was deeply disappointed. My manicure was rushed and as a result i would have done a better job of it myself at home. I was left on my own and no one checked if my nails had dried, eventually I got up and left and as I said bye to the staff I was completely ignored. Not only are they rude but the quality of the work was below average. This place has lost its warm, friendly, inviting touch. Very disappointed, I doubt I will be returning.
