The therapist applied two coats of nail polish but it wasn’t very neat and it wasn’t done evenly. She also didn’t apply a top coat. The pedicure was average not the best or worst I’ve had. There is still dry skin on my heel which she didn’t remove properly. Overall, it was very average and nothing exceptional about this place. Most places have a manicure/pedicure offer for £30 so I wouldn’t return here in a hurry.

I must have had a dozen body waxes, including several intimate waxes from different therapists, and I think this was the best yet. Ilza really did everything she could to make it as comfortable as possible. For instance, she made sure to apply pressure to the skin immediately after tearing off the hot wax. It makes a big difference! She was also very thorough. In the past, I've sometimes noticed stray hairs that the therapist missed but in this case she managed to clear all the areas for me.

Maria is an excellent pedicurist. I won’t go anywhere else, or have anyone else- which is saying something as I live in France but visit her on every trip to the U.K.
