In all the therapist where very sweet and friendly, the treatment was good, I would just say they shouldn't use the word "Hot" when referring to the paraffin wax as its not most reassuring plus when they did apply the wax it did feel extremely hot so I was a little concerned for myself and my mum. Being a trained therapist myself I did know the procedure and the rough idea of how hot the wax should be.
