The staff were friendly and nice but it wasn't relaxing or very professional. It felt over priced versus the experience. The therapist didn't ask me anything about my skin or what I was looking for before we started which isn't great. There was a phone in the room which kept going off throughout the treatment which was a bit of a mood killer. I was left alone for what felt longer than necessary so didn't feel like value for money on the treatment. Wouldn't go back

For a first time Brazilian wax I couldn’t have gone anywhere better. The treatment itself was quick but thorough. Not pain-free but what wax is?! It was as painless as could be. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
