The dresser was good and did exactly what were we asked to accomplish. But there was dirty floor and neither kids nor me offered any warm drink.
Also, there is not waiting area to sit.

Apart from her kind and caring attention, Mariana is always talented, calm, and very accommodating. It’s very nice to come and have her take care of you and pamper you; she always makes you feel like a princess, and everything she does turns out well.

I visited MB for a shampoo and blow-dry last Sunday, 29 September, before hopping on the plane to Australia next morning. Mariana was wonderful - relaxed and friendly while at the same time, absolutely professional and meticulous. She is so skilled! And just lovely. When I got back to our hotel the Concierge didn't recognise me! And now four days later my hair still looks fabulous. I only wish I could see Mariana every week - but I'll be back next year for sure. She is a jewel.
