I had a haircut and Brazilian blow dry. Although having naturally straight hair, I wanted my hair to feel nourished and silky after wash and not look damaged and dry like I know it to be. Mitra was very honest in telling me I didn’t need this service but was happy to give it to me anyway. The only downside was I wanted my hair thinned but Mitra knew this wouldn’t be right for me at the time. I trust her expertise and will be back for the much needed thinning next time. Thank you

Why offer a treatment if you do not know what you are doing?????? I could have done a better job myself.

Very detailed explanation of the treatment, after care and potential side effects. Clean and comfy room and very attentive and friendly therapist. Note to self: bring a book next time, because it’s a long treatment.
