Very unpleasant, at times even painful and quite rushed haircut.
I will never go back again.
I understand that there are busy times at the salon, but if you don't have time for new appointments - don't accept more appointments. The clients should not be the ones that suffer!!!
I even had my earing fall from the hectic and rushed hair brushing and my ear was in pain and my neck scratched from the stylist's nails... When asked for more hair to be cut as i originally requested I was told that this is enough... The manager was sitting next to us and saw everything but didn't say a word. I only paid to get out of there as soon as possible.
Ladies' Haircuts
Mitra was very nice and attentive. I am fully satisfied with my haircut. However, I found it quite disturbing that another beautician had very loud conversations with various clients so that I was unable to hear the music or speak to Mitra as I would need to shout in order to be heard.
