Mitra Beauty Land is a lovely clean and spacious salon, with a super atmosphere. Mitra cuts your hair carefully with so much attention to detail. I was really pleased with my haircut. The staff are all very pleasant. I would definitely go back and I can recommend this hairdresser to anyone.

I regularly visit Mita Beauty Land for full head highlights, but after today I will never be returning. I wanted to try something new and asked for Blonde & Brown Balayage (I had blonde hair). The finished look was completley Dark Brown roots & Blonde ends (the blonde I originally came in with!) I don't normally complain about hair colour, but i am extremely annoyed and upset that I wasted my time and money, and will now need to pay someone to correct it. Baring in mind, I showed photos of what I wanted and at no point was told it couldn't be done. I understand you can be exactly like photos but something similar is expected. I will be requested a full refund off Treatwell/Paypal/Mitra Beauty Land so I can get my hair re-done elsewhere.
