The nail technician arrived 20 minutes late stating she was stuck in traffic. She should of worn a nadk as she proceeded to sniff all the way through the treatment. I mebtioned I needed to get bsvk to eork but she still went out the room to get tissues to blow her nose delaying the treatment even further. I thought the nails were ok, but on looking at them from a side view they had a lumpy thick appearance. Sorry but will not be returning
