Katie is an amazing lash technician. I’m new to lashes and she completely understood what I was looking for and nailed it. My lashes are natural looking but have the volume / thickness I wanted. She’s so friendly and I enjoy catching up with her during my treatments.

The treatment itself I enjoyed. Alice is a lovely girl & really knows her stuff. However the room was cold & I shivered throughout which meant I was unable to relax & enjoy. It was also my first ever facial & we spoke alot. Next time I may book in for total relaxation now we know one another & my skin has been assessed.
