Have had several visits prior to this one. Must admit experience went downhillm Used to be offered a choice of oil to massage with, different scents, how quickly skin will absorb. Safe to say not impressed with default choice by the therapist. Table too small/narrow hands were just hanging off. If this was an hour long would be unbearable.
All other aspects were as expected. 6/10 overall.

I was left with nasty burns after a peel was done immediately after micro needling. I had had the peel done on the salon’s recommendation, I relied on their expertise as I don’t know a great deal about these things. The following day I had nasty burns on my neck. I contacted the manager of the salon who advised I put aloe on it. She seemed to take no responsibility for what happened and said i may not have followed the aftercare advice and offered me a free facial. I shall not be returning.

I was really nervous for my first Hollywood wax but jade reassured me straight away. She was so friendly and kind and explained the whole process. I would definitely re book.
