I received a phone call 10 minutes before my appointment asking if I could arrive 20 minutes later.
I find this very poor as I was just around the corner from the building.
My therapist was professional but I didn’t feel that she being very sensitive about the treatment.
She explained that she had to adjust the temperature a few times but I was in quite a bit of pain.
I haven’t been given any after treatment advice either.
