Joana made me feel at ease when performing my treatment. She was really reassuring as I was worried about the pain but she made me feel so much better about it all. She also brought some humour to the situation and I felt her level of experience and knowledge also made me feel more comfortable. I also felt like she took a genuine interest in me as a client. She is simply great!
