MBS Mind Body and Soul is easy to find, great location with free parking.
Lauren is amazing. She knows how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. She is incredible at her massages.
I would highly recommend Lauren, especially if you can identify where your problem areas are for a massage, so she can work her magic in exactly the right place.

My experience at MBS has been been very positive and this is ultimately down to Jade my therapist - Jade is extremely professional, hugely knowledgeable and most importantly a lovely lady. I always leave very happy and pleased with my treatments.
The downside is the owner’s insistence that clients irrespective of whether they are or become regulars MUST pay a 50% deposit for each appt made? £10 fee would suffice - MBS are accruing interest on my £34 that stays in their bank acct every month

I had the most amazing experience from start to finish for my lash lift and tint. I had Jade for my appointment and cannot praise her enough! She is super talented and it’s the best result I’ve ever had from a lash lift and tint! She gave me some advice on my skin which I have issues with and recommended some products which are actually working. I had the best experience and cannot wait to come back for more treatments. Second visit to MBS and it was as great as my first visit. Jordyn made a wonderful job of my nails and I found her to be knowledgeable and very friendly. I would fully recommend.
