Amazing service from Jade, had my 2nd ever intimate wax but my first Hollywood. Very experienced and knowledgeable and the venue was clean with lovely decor.
Will definitely be making more appointments in future here

I couldn’t fault the venue, but as I am disabled I couldn’t use the stairs, and there is no lift.
That made the experience difficult for the staff and for me.
