Shaun was fantastic when he cut my hair. As it was quite a big change of style from long hair to a short crop, he checked I was happy with what he was going to do... and he kept me informed of what was going on throughout. I felt completely at ease, knowing I could trust him completely to give me a fantastic new look that I love. He even gave me tips on what products are best to use and how to make the most of them.
