Very hectic environment. Hair dresser was very nice but stopped to chat every time someone came in the salon .. which made the appointment last about 45 mins longer then necessary.

Shaun and Annie were both really lovely, and I really liked that I could book and pay through Treatwell, but I probably won't go here again. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and the whole time I was explaining Shaun didn't look convinced, even though what I wanted was exactly what I had elsewhere last time I had a cut. I felt like I was pushing against a wall when I asked for more to be taken off at the back, and I stupidly agreed to drying my (very curly) hair straight 'for a change', which looked nice for about 5 minutes until I stepped outside into the rain. I really wanted to like my hair cut, but now that I've washed it and it's reverted to curly, it's not at all what I wanted, which is disappointing. Next time I get my hair cut I will definitely take example pictures and push for what I actually want.
