Shaun was friendly and pleasant all the time. I enjoyed talking with him. However he did not seem to know how to deal with my curly, frizzy hair. He barely used any products, which are essential for my dry frizzy hair. He seems to have a one size suits all policy as far as products go. I came out looking worse than I went in but did not have the nerve to tell him so. Luckily I was just going home and could wash it out straight away. Time will tell as to how good the cut was.

This salon is amazing. The hairdresser always takes great care of my wants and advice on what would suit me best. He is also a really nice and funny person. My haircuts always look beautiful so I am over the moon

I absolutely loved my haircut at Mckensie Knight, I got a great haircut and got my fringe perfect after trying a few different places. I will absolutely be back and have recommended this place to others :)

The salon needed a good clean and tidy. Booking this salon through Treatwell has really made me consider never using this type of discount/promotions website ever again. The haircut itself was OK but the experience was the worst I've ever had at a hair salon.
