Kerry is THE BEST. Unfortunately, and I kept trying to hint at it,Amy is not so good. She’s newly qualified and obviously has been told to interact at all times. The thing is, if I’m offered a head massage I just want to relax and enjoy it. Amy starts asking the same questions she’s heard Kerry asking me. I’ve tried so many times but she just won’t stop! The knack of hairdressing is to gauge whether someone wants to chat or not. Thumbs down I’m afraid!

I’ve been having my hair cut and coloured by Kerry for over 10yrs now. I always look forward to my appointments, I am always welcomed with a smile. Nearly every time I go there I have not really known exactly what I wanted. Kerry seems to have that skill of knowing what I would like and also manage myself and she’s never failed to impress. I highly recommend Kerry to anyone looking for a quality and stylish cut that keeps its style until your next appointment.
