Ahmed BSc (Hons) Sports rehabilitation has over 4 years of experience, and uses science-based treatment techniques to work on your body's specific needs. This therapist offers Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Sports as well as Back, Neck and Shoulders massage sessions to both men and women. You can also book an injury consultation and receive advice, exercise programmes and treatments to get you back to full fitness.

The treatment room is based inside the Crossfit 3D gym, in a professional, sports setting. There is free parking on site, with both bus stops and train stations nearby.
