Lovely therapist - very friendly and chatty. But the website didn't mention she only does gel polish which is not my preference. The pedi and mani were ok, but my fingernails chipped fairly soon after and I think could have done with 1 more coat. I also got waxed - legs fine, but the way she held my arms when ripping the strip off my underarms was painful (felt like friction burn but I didn't say, so she wasn't to know) & the next day I had a bruise on each arm, which has never happened before.

Spray gun did not work. I am awaiting a call to reschedule.

Nicole was very friendly and professional, and my waxing was less painfull than l expected I'm very satisfied
